Shipping Policy

At Shadow of the Zia, we strive to get your Southwest-inspired gear to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle your orders.


1. Processing Times

  • Made-to-Order: Most of our shirts, hoodies, and apparel are printed specifically for you when you order.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it is shipped. During peak seasons (like the holidays or Balloon Fiesta), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

3. Local Pickup (Albuquerque Residents)

  • Since we are based in the Duke City, we offer a free local pickup option!

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will email you with instructions and the pickup address once your order is ready.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order heads out the door, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the US. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Shadow of the Zia is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing but still in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
