Thank you for shopping with Shadow of the Zia. We take pride in our unique, Southwest-inspired designs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our apparel—including shirts, hoodies, and custom items—is often made to order, please review our policy below:
1. Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us. Note that because items are printed to order, size exchanges may be subject to a small restocking fee.
4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
